Ensemble Didone Abbandonata\u00a0<\/strong>was founded in 2015 after the meeting of two young\u00a0musicians established in early music, joined together by the desire to explore the musical\u00a0repertoire of the 17th and 18th century.<\/p>\n

With Nina Przewozniak\u00a0<\/strong>on baroque violin and Francesco Olivero<\/strong>on theorbo and baroque guitar the project was born, starting with their first concerts.\u00a0Each of them has distinguished themself with their instrument by participating in musical\u00a0projects with national and international orchestras in Italian and European festivals\u00a0(Academia Montis Regalis<\/em><\/strong>, Orchestre Francais de Jeunes<\/em><\/strong>, Ensemble Modo Antiquo<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0Accademia La Chimera<\/em><\/strong>, Ensemble del Ricercare<\/em><\/strong>) cooperating with famous musicians such\u00a0as Marco Beasley<\/em><\/strong>, Furio Zanasi<\/em><\/strong>, Rinaldo Alessandrini<\/em><\/strong>, Alessandro De Marchi<\/em><\/strong>, Federico\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Maria Sardelli<\/em><\/strong>and Enrico Onofri<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0The duo performed at the ‘Giovani per l’arte’<\/strong>festival in Cuneo, the \u2018Marchesato Opera\u00a0<\/strong>Festival\u2019 <\/strong>in Saluzzo, the \u2018Opera Barga Festival\u2019<\/strong>, the \u2018Prometheus festival\u2019<\/strong>in Catania, the ERBAROCK<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>festival in Erba (Como), the \u2018PERLE Early music festival\u2019 of\u00a0 San Vito al Tagliamento\u00a0<\/strong>and the \u2018San Giacomo Festival\u2019<\/strong>from Bologna.<\/p>\n
