At Fondation Thalie, Wu and Pflugfelder have researched the psychic and emotional claims that human beings and their societies have made on nature and vice versa. Investing 21st Century environmental imperatives with a sacred, mythic quality, they set out the unearthing of those memories, which may help to redress the balance.

Their immersive installation From Strata of Memory to Layers of Rock offers a deambulation through follies and riddles, a manifold of objects and installations intertwining man-made and natural materials.
