By synchronising postural control and the rythm of the breath with dynamic movements, <strong>Sergine Laloux<\/strong> offers workshops in which participants can develop physical, psychic and spiritual strenght. For her workshop at the Fondation Thalie, she will focus on the practice of the First Series \u00ab\u00a0yoga Chikitsa\u00a0\u00bb known as therapeutic yoga. This workshop aims to help each participant to understand how to sharpen the body perception and to learn how to let go through breathing.<\/p>\n<p><em>After a career as a professional dancer, notably in the company of Maurice B\u00e9jart, Sergine Laloux discovers Ashtanga Yoga in 1998 and has been practicing it regularly together with her master Jean-Claude Garnier since 2000. In August 2016, she was accepted into the Teacher Training \u2013 Ashtanga 2<sup>nd<\/sup> series at the Ashtanga Yoga Center of Encinitas, California, with Tim Miller.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>PROGRAM<br \/>\n14:00 &gt; 16:00\u00a0Questions and adjustments of Asanas in relation to the practice of the morning.
