{"id":19353,"date":"2022-07-06T14:49:53","date_gmt":"2022-07-06T12:49:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fondationthalie.org\/fr\/?p=19353"},"modified":"2023-05-12T15:47:57","modified_gmt":"2023-05-12T13:47:57","slug":"reveil-climat-15-art-climat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.fondationthalie.org\/en\/in-person-events\/francais-reveil-climat-15-art-climat\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9veil Climat #15 \u2014 Art &#038; Climate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">On the occasion of signing the <strong>Manifesto from the French Coalition of Foundations for the environment (CffC)<\/strong>, the Fondation Thalie is thrilled to participate in the R\u00e9veil Climat#15 focused on the link between &#8220;Art and Climate&#8221; to present the discussion format\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Creators Facing the Climate Emergency.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Launched in December 2020, the podcast\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondationthalie.org\/en\/podcasts?tags%5B0%5D=228\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Creators Facing the Climate Emergency<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">brings together artists, thinkers, and scientists every month to construct new narratives, raise awareness, and act when faced with climate change with artists as mediators.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We are happy to present the content of this program and its development along with <strong>Fondation Groupe EDF<\/strong> and <strong>Fondation Daniel et Nina Carasso<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><br \/>\nHosted by the Fondation EDF, the event Reveil Climat#15 will give the floor to foundations and endowment funds committed to supporting artists that work on environmental issues. The event will also include a visit of the exhibit &#8220;<em>Faut-il voyager pour \u00eatre heureux<\/em>&#8221; (May 20, 2022 &#8211; January 29, 2023, Fondation Groupe EDF) that questions the idea of travel and mobility during today and tomorrows challenges with artworks from 32 contemporary French and international artists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>Initiated by the Center of French Foundations<\/strong> in 2020, <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>French Coalition of Foundations for the environment (CffC)<\/strong> intends to mobilize, in an unprecedented manner, the French philanthropic sector. It is calling all French foundations and endowment funds &#8211; no matter their mission, their size, or their legal form &#8211; to commit to the issues of climate change.
